After meeting so many insensitive and self-interested agents, I didn't feel confident enough to attend inspections without a friend or loved one present. However, when I met Kate, everything changed. I couldn't believe the sincerity and honesty with which Kate addressed me whenever we interacted. I felt incredibly relieved to have found a truly wonderful person who would eventually help me purchase my future home. Kate made me feel like I had someone on my side and was present and helpful throughout the entire settlement process. Kate is a true professional. She is an experienced, trustworthy estate agent who has a thorough knowledge of the housing market. She is friendly and easy to talk to, yet a strong negotiator, who puts in %110 effort to get you a good sale. She went over and above my expectations and achieved everything she said she would do, including getting me a top price for my property. She helped me to decide which of many offers to accept. I can’t recommend her highly enough, especially after meeting several other agents, who were clearly less skilled and had poorer market knowledge.

I want to iterate that we did not know of Kate before the sale of our property but would now consider her to be our friend. In May 2019 my husband and I decided to sell our rental property and firstly approached the agent who was managing the rental. We left their office feeling less than confident. Out of all the real estate agents in Pakenham to choose from, my husband selected Kate’s agency for a second opinion. This turned out to be our lucky fate. During our first interview with her, Kate explained what she would do to ensure our personal selling experience would be a smooth one. And that’s exactly what she has done. She has been honest, communicative, trustworthy, friendly as well as hard working. She has a wide group of loyal contacts who are happy to drop everything to assist her with prepping a house for sale. Kate and my husband became ‘partners’ and communicated almost daily during the process with Kate guiding him, as required. From the time the house went on the market to the time of sale was very short and the sale price was also pleasing. Not only did Kate look after us but I believe that she treats her buyers with the same great customer service and dignity, which is important to us. To my amazing realestate agent and friend Kate, I dont even know where to start... Saying thank you doesnt even come close to how grateful i am / we are for everything you have done... Right from the start you showed nothing but compassion, professionalism, knowledge and so much enthusiasm. You're positive nature made me feel at ease with the daunting process i/we had ahead of us.
