When I originally purchased my house I dealt with Kate as a buyer, I knew at that moment if/when I were to ever sell it would have to be with her. The time came that I wanted to sell and I had knew who to contact. The moment I sent Kate and enquiry email my phone rang, it was Kate! Not only did she remember me from years earlier, she remembered the house, my partner's name and my dog's names! Talk about attention to detail. Kate is friendly, open and honest. Even when there was only minor news to report on the house, Kate still rang everyday just to check in and see how my day was and always held a positive outlook towards the next open inspection. Our sale was not without challenges, we bought subject to sale and had 4 weeks to go unconditional, all during a global pandemic where the rules around real estate were changing daily. This just shows Kate's dedication and willingness to adapt and overcome any challenge that come her way. Having worked with Kate both as a buyer and vendor I would 100% recommend her to anyone considering selling. When I eventually decide to sell again I will be calling Kate first. 10/10.
