The challenge of writing a review for a service that has been exemplary is that the review can seem fake. So I'll try to spell out some of the reason for why I have chosen to rate so highly the service we received from Kate Webster. To begin with she said that she would get our house on the market within four weeks of it's been vacated and this is what she did (and during those four weeks the whole house was painted inside and out, the garden was replanted, various bits cleaning and handiwork were completed, and the stylists were engaged). Before all this happened Kate gave us an estimate of what all this would cost and she was spot on. She assured us that the house could be sold for a good price, without the major (and potentially time consuming) renovations that another agented had suggested, and she was right. She advised us of when it would be a good time to sell, and she was right again. And she negotiated the final settlement with diligence, authority and grace. The house was sold for a sum that was above our expectations and this was achieved without doing anything underhand in a manner that was fair to everyone concerned such that didn't end up feeling that our gain was at someone else's expense. Overall Kate acted as a true professional throughout the whole process and in my view the sale could not have proceeded in anyway better than it did 17th August 2016
