I have thought for a long time about writing this review and how to be honest and fair. Having put a lot of thought into it, I cannot find a fault with the way Kate worked. Her communication was on-game throughout the sale and there was never a time when I thought I was unsure of the position of the sale. As well as achieving an outstanding sale price, Kate was down-to-earth and easy to deal with. She is determined to get the best prince for her clients and is outstanding at what she does. Kate was recommended to me by a friend and I can thoroughly recommend her to others. She understands the market, the process and 'humanness' of the sale and the emotion that goes with it. Her recommendations of other professionals e.g. conveyancers were also very adept. I'm very thankful that I went with her.

She impressed from our first meeting, her knowledge of the local market, pricing and how to market the property was much more impressive than the other agents I met with. Kate went above and beyond expectations to get my sale across the line; she seems to have a genuine passion for real estate and the inner west location which really came through when she represented my property to prospective buyers; I was really impressed with her round the clock service, especially as it was the first time I have sold a property.
Kate was very professional in all our dealings with her. She also managed to be extremely personable which made the whole experience so much better. Nothing was too much trouble including lending us her own equipment! On top of this we sold our house for a price we were extremely happy with due to Kate's work behind the scenes and working with her auctioneer on the day - who was also fantastic. I will definitely use Kate again for any property dealings.
Kate was excellent to deal with from my perspective as a buyer. I have not rated "Negotiation Skills" as this was an auction so I couldn't really negotiate! Post buy, Kate has been extremely helpful in terms of assistance with finding trades people for the small renovations we will be doing. Kate will always get back to you in a very timely manner.
