They knew this was a very emotional & stressful time for him & my brother & I. Highest level of communication, commitment & understanding. Where to begin! Our experience with Kath has been exceptional. Kathleen & Stephen have been amazing throughout the whole home buying process. If we needed anything at all, they would make sure it happened. Contracts brought to us to sign, for our convenience, with two young children, and busy work schedules. Answering and responding, to my unlimited questions about the home buying process, nothing was too much trouble for both of them! Yesterday we got the keys to our new home, and they made it extra special by putting in personalised gifts, a long with laminated codes we needed for our home, and bin collection time tables, not to mention chocolates, coffee cups and a beautiful wooden cutting board.
