We have known Kathleen for years before we decided to sell. We had seen her advertising material, and called her for advice during our renovations. She came out to our house several times to give advise on the value of our home, whether it would be better for resale to have 3beds and an extra lounge or 4beds, and whether we should carpet the upstairs. So even prior to selling we felt that we had developed a strong relationship with Kathleen, and she was the logical choice for an agent to sell our home. We are new to selling, and Kathleen guided us through the process and communicated with us every step of the way. She gave us guidance on the marketing needed, and connected us with other teams like gardeners, handymen, cleaners and home stylists (who were wonderful). She sent weekly reports on marketing, and suggestions for the week ahead (and always held an amazing 3 open homes each week!) She also kept in regular contact with prospective buyers throughout in order to keep up the interest in the property particularly through the initial phase before the finance clause was fulfilled. We were very happy with the price we got for our property (which was within the estimate Kathleen had given us at the beginning), and Kathleen never pressured us to accept a lower offer.
