When we first met Kathleen, the presentation was there. We met at the office and after our meeting, my wife and I had no questions about engaging Kathleen to sell our property. The communication from the start through to the Sale was always there. Apart from the weekly digital reports, Kathleen and I would speak on the phone very often, sometimes 2-3 times a day for updates and any issues that may have arisen, in order to address them swiftly.
