Kathleen exuded professionalism! Her knowledge of the property was impressive, and anything that she wasn't quite sure of, she came back to me quickly after liaising with the vendors. The negotiation side of the sale was effortless, with clear and concise instructions provided. As a buyer, Kathleen made the process stress free.

Amazing price result coming out of a tough market and selling within three weeks for more than expected. Very seamless process from listing to settlement.

It had been a long process of searching for our family home and Kathleen helped us to make our decision without pressure and had multiple opens to allow us to visit with all family to make joint decision on such an important purchase.

This was my first home purchase and Kathleen was a straight shooter; more straight forward in her approach compared to other agents I encountered while searching for my first home. She was also more honest and transparent with the purchasing process. I was kept well informed throughout the process and Kathleen always kept the lines of communication open.

I would like to thank Kathleen and her team for their support as our Agent in selling our property at Eleebana. They were always pro-active with strong communication on prospective buyers interest. Through the process we made some adjustments to our property in order to align to prospective purchasers' feedback. Kathleen's team actively engaged us along the way with feedback, which assisted in achieving our final outcome, which we and the family were happy with. Our decision to sell, was based on the desire for me to swing into semi-retirement. To cap off a successful sale outcome, Kathleen was also able to secure us a rental property (within 48 hours of the sale of our property). This was ideal, and we are now sitting in our new rental with lake views and a lake back drop. We are extremely happy! Thank you Kathleen and her team.

I met Kathleen and Sydney at one of their open homes and I was about to sign with another agent but I met with Kathleen and ultimately chose her because of her sales history in the area (especially her knowledge and experience of selling the local acreages) as well as her presence in the community. I felt comfortable with my decision as it was a smooth process and there were quite a lot of showings, she definitely went over and beyond to be able to capture the potential market of buyers. The property advertising and Kathleen's personal touch in terms of being accomodating with multiple opens and private inspections was really great. It was done and dusted within a month and for a price I was happy with. It has been a fun and rewarding experience with Kathleen and Sydney, we will keep in touch. Thank you!

I have been looking at selling my house for a number of years. I’ve gone and back forth about the whole process. A couple of years ago Kathleen and I had a meeting about listing my home for sale and I found her step by step approach of how it all happens and what to expect really helpful. While I did meet with some other agents, I just felt Kathleen was the right fit for me. She is very considerate if your an emotional seller like me, she is a straight talker with a no nonsense approach and she is realistic in her pricing which is key to the success. Other agents give you much higher figures to gain your listing but I found Kathleen to be right on the money and realistic. Her recommendations of building inspection, staging, furniture designer and other things I did to the house really paid off. She sold my house in 3 days with multiple offers. Her team that help put your documents, advertising campaign and information together are also an absolute pleasure to deal with and really know their stuff. She has exceeded my expectations in every way and has helped me prepare for my next chapter in life.

Kathleen was amazing to deal with, she had great communication and always wanted more for her owners. The owners did a fantastic job selecting her as their agent. We dealt with many agents in the area who never responded or had any idea about pricing information for the home, Kathleen was calling us at 8pm to get the information across. As a buyer we had a great experience and couldn’t fault Kathleen and her team.

We found Kathleen very responsive and open with her communication. Kathleen was also very informative and responded to our questions regarding the property, including repairs that had been completed in the past.

Kathleen sold our son’s home in Valentine and they were extremely happy with her services and from their recommendation we asked her to come out to appraise our home in Belmont. We had a few agents out and we generally need time to make a decision but after meeting Kathleen, we decided that night that Kathleen would be our agent. The other agents didn’t come close to Kathleen’s professionalism and ability. We loved Kathleen’s bubbly and positive nature and we were kept informed each step of the way. We are unbelievably happy after Kathleen sold our home after only 3 weeks on the market for a price well over market prices in Belmont. We highly recommend anyone looking for a true professional and great results to reach Kathleen.

All the reviews say how hard Kathleen and her team work but it's actually hard to describe how far beyond the normal she will go for her clients (and the buyers). We decided to go with Kathleen because she knew her market, us (after years of looking for a house) and was just easy to talk to. We had total faith in her and knew when decisions had to be made she would guide us through the process. I recommend Kathleen to anyone who asks without hesitation.

We sold our home through Kathleen Matinlassi and we are so glad we did. From the very first moment of meeting Kathleen we knew she was the agent for us. Kathleen is very professional, very honest and very straightforward. We were most impressed with her constant communication. Kathleen was always in contact from the moment we met, always updating us throughout the sale process and even though we are now sold, she is still in constant contact with us, checking in and assisting us wherever she can. I have been telling everyone, if you find yourself in a position to sell, you must contact Kathleen Matinlassi! Thank you Kathleen!
