We were really impressed with Kathleen when she came over to appraise my Mum’s house in Eleebana. Mum had lived in the house for 30yrs, so I really appreciated the time and effort from Kathleen to bring her up to speed with the process and keep her involved. I have sold many properties over the years and agents can be hit or miss, but Kathleen and Hannah kept me well informed throughout. This was even more important given I was coordinating this for Mum from Perth!
