Kathleen, residing in the area of her expertise, is well qualified to conduct her business knowing her clients who in turn approach her knowing she is in touch with the market trends and needs Her support contacts too are professional - well displayed in, photography, advertising, and reading the timing of the market. On our first encounter she identified our homes potential that other agencies failed to see. We had no hesitation to engage her services which she efficiently did and kept us fully informed on the progress of the preparation and sale.

Being inter state sellers Kathleen was very helpful She helped us buy an investment property then again when it was time to sell.

My initial comment is that review systems don't allow me to show a result just short of absolute perfection - in this case the experience was great, good communication, flexibility as we navigated the process and decisions, and a great outcome in the end I think that represented a balanced result for buyers and sellers... I am walking away happy. But being an old-fashioned curmudgeon I would have provided 4.75 stars because nothing in life is perfect. The true test however, if I need to purchase or sell in the future I have my go-to person.
