Throughout the sale process, Kathy did a tremendous job organizing the sale, inspections and communicating with interested buyers. Given the property downturn that we are in, our expectations for our selling price were not high but Kathy sold our property for a price well above our expectations! Throughout the process she was kind, professional and extremely responsive, going above and beyond to answer our queries and ensure the job got done. When we started the process of finding an agent we wanted someone who we felt we connected with, and who could give us guidance about what to expect through the process. We felt that we got that with Kathy. She understood what we saw as the positives of the house, but she also understood the market and what we needed to do to broaden the appeal to a range of buyers. When Kathy advised we should do things we simply followed her advice and did them and I believe they paid off. We sold in a lower market than it had been 6 months or a year before so we needed someone who could help us adjust our expectations while also conveying that she really would work to get us the right price. We adjusted the approach along the way, opting to cancel a planned auction to negotiate directly with the most interested buyer. Again, we needed the reassurance of someone who knew the market and the process to feel comfortable it was the right approach. Ultimately we sold for what we believe is the best the market would offer and we sold more quickly than other houses in our suburb have done recently.

I could not have chosen two more wonderful people to guide me through this difficult time in my life while selling my home. Yes they had good contacts who ensured the house was prepared and presented in such high class conditions that it sold in record time despite supposedly worsening sale times. Not only did it sell quickly but thanks to their work it fetched a very pleasing price again during a time when they reportedly were dropping.
