From the moment we met Katie and had our property appraised we knew we would be in good hands. Katie took care of all things you would expect but we were super impressed with the fact that she invited potential buyers through for VIP showings and didn't just limit them to the open days. Not Katie . . . after her initial hello and introduction she let us alone and we came back to say thanks but this particular house was not for us . . . she asked us what we were looking for, what our budget was, what style of house we were after, why we were looking in the hills etc. She clearly made notes as she emailed us almost immediately once we left the house saying that she would keep an eye out for something that might suit us. Very few agents asked us what we were looking for, which surprised us both, so we were very impressed with Katie. She organised a few houses for us to look at and they were all very close to what we were after. Katie was in contact every week via email or phone to see how we were going in our search. She called us one day and said that we really needed to come and view a particular house as she thought it was perfect for us. So we did. As soon as we walked in, we knew it was ours!
