Her kindly, confident, professional manner was evident as she quietly soaked up her surrounds; as was a hint of her wicked sense of humour. She walked into the emotional minefield that was the sale of our home and tred with both care and efficiency. She was all over it every step of the way, and then some! Polite, prompt, professional that is how we would sum up Katie Woods. After dealing with many other agents for a number of months, we were used to little follow up and sincerity. Katie was completely different. It was a pleasure to met her at the OFI for the house we subsequently ended up buying. Unlike other agents, Katie actually gave us time to look through the home without declaring the place would be 'under offer' in the next ten minutes and rushing us to make a decision. Instead, she took the time to qualify our needs, answer our questions and gave us space to look through the home. We so appreciated her approach!
