As a buyer I found her very unpleasant to deal with over the phone, never met in person and mostly dealt with her partner Ian who was genuinely great to deal with! As a first home owner I was a bit unsure of a few processes, which I had to explain to her. Which became frustrating. Her response to my builders inspection/quote for repair came across as quite rude. Then once dealing with Ian he was very prompt with liaising with the seller to amend and complete the sale. Chris who was new to the company and did the open home was also very good to deal with and will make a great real-estate agent!
Great experience, didn't feel pressured at any stage, with unrealistic expectations to get the sale across the line, which I've experienced with other agencies in Launceston. Communication was great.
