For us, it was a kind of miracle to be able to sell our property within 3 months. We were almost giving up selling our house, because our property had been on the market nearly two years with a different agent. We changed an agent to Katrina & Ian of Parry Property, expecting a quick result. Because there were quite a few properties on sale in the same suburb, i.e. Grindelwald, it might be a buyer's market. Therefore, Katrina's timely and professional advice on the selling price was spot on. In addition, Katrina's quick action contributed to a potential buyer's quick decision to make an offer. The keen buyers were about to leave for mainland soon after they inspected our house. The following day one of the joint owners, was leaving for overseas about one and half months. Christmas holiday was just around the corner. We, both the buyers and the venders, had only a couple of hours to make our decision. We really appreciated Katrina's efforts to negotiate with the buyers, and to finish necessary paper work within such a short period of time.
