For us, it was a kind of miracle to be able to sell our property within 3 months. We were almost giving up selling our house, because our property had been on the market nearly two years with a different agent. We purchased our property through Katrina. We live in Sydney and had only one day to view a few properties so time was very tight. Katrina was so helpful and accommodating, I had to change our appointment time on an Agent's busiest inspection day - Saturday. Katrina didn't flinch, not a problem at all, she did everything she could to help us. Obviously her priority is her Vendors and selling their property. Looking for a property interstate isn't easy and for some agents, just too difficult. Not for Katrina, always available, always professional.
