We cannot fault Katrina. From the moment we met her, she came across as professional, knowledgeable and honest. She made us feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend her to anybody and Parry are lucky to have her on their team.

My mother and I found both Katrina and Ian very helpful and their approach to selling property is very professional. They are friendly, and upon meeting them, one feels they have known them for a lifetime. both Katrina and Ian go that extra mile in trying to sell property. It also helps when the agent/s know the area in which one lives ( as both Katrina & Ian know the Tamar area). To start with we thought choosing an agent was going to be difficult, so we decided we would interview 3 of them and pick the best of the 3! So, given that Parry sold our neighbour's house after others had failed, my first point of contact was Parry. (I also love the pink theme so I did tell people that was the reason) I sent off an email request off the website and within the hour Katrina had phoned me up and organised a time to meet. She was so bubbly and lovely on the phone, I had a good feeling about us working together. I decided if she was just as nice with the same attitude on our second meeting that was a good sign. She never dissapointed. We met, and got on famously and I signed up then and there. From day 1 everything was go go go, Katrina and Ian were so supportive, gave great advice on anything we had queries about, so professional and they both really know their stuff. The first person who viewed our house, was sold! Katrina was able to get us a great price which was more than we thought we could get for our property, without being unrealistic. Their service was second to none, with regular phone calls, texts and emails, we were kept in the loop with everything. On writing this review I'm also a little sad that our dealings are coming to an end :( After meeting several agents on this journey, I'm afraid I compare them all to Katrina (and Ian) and they just don't measure up as far as their passion and enthusiasm goes. Katrina was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Especially as we were moving from interstate, it was great to have someone who tried to make the whole experience a bit more special - including a lovely big pink bow on the front door and a hamper to welcome us into our new home on moving day!

Katrina was extremely helpful, always professional. She went over and above her duties as a selling agent by assisting with getting local tradespersons to bring property up to scratch prior to listing. She organised numerous open houses and was in constant contact to provide quality feedback.
