Kelvin had a very difficult assignment when it came to selling our house, we had very little room to move on sale price and specific conditions that needed to be met in tight time frames as we were purchasing another property concurrently. Kelvin worked long hours to find the right buyer for our house, he considered the needs for all parties involved and was never willing to settle for less than what our family home was worth.
