Sold in 4 days! On the market Tuesday, sold on the Saturday. That’s how easy it was. Selling my house with Keryn was an easy process that saw me achieve an above expected sale price. Keryn is an exceptionally professional agent who kept me up to date and communicated the process to me, making it an enjoyable stress free time. This was my first time selling a property and it was made easy with Keryn’s guidance, knowledge of the Belmont area and genuine interest in achieving my goals. My property was beautifully presented with Keryn giving styling tips and using talented photographers to highlight the best features of my property. Many thanks go to Keryn and her team. I would highly recommend Keryn to sell your property.

Keryn was very approachable, professional and helpful during the process of selling. COVID 19 hit after two opens and Keryn handled the new market conditions very well. Even though I tested her patience by initially having higher price expectations, she managed the listing extremely competently. I would recommend her to other sellers in a heartbeat.

Keryn was very professional in her approach to selling my home. She demonstrated great knowledge of the area and obtaining a realistic price. Her recommendation to dress the house made a huge difference for a successful sale. Would highly recommend and definitely use her services again.

Keryn sold my house within 24 hours. It was great to have a hardworking, professional and most importantly honest agent to guide me through the sale.

From the first interview with Keryn we felt comfortable with her and had no qualms about letting her sell our property. She worked hard to get the the price we wanted and in fact secured a better price. She suggested ideas to help sell the property without being pushy. If we had any questions about anything we didn't understand regarding real estate or how things work she explained everything in a manner that we could understand. She also has a backup team who are very professional. We needed people for some of the processes in selling and she had contacts that were of a high standard in their areas. Overall I would have no worries about recommending her. We felt she is a genuine person who is passionate about what she does.

Keryn's knowledge and advice in selling my property was invaluable and she made a difficult time, a lot easier to cope with her support through the entire process.

We placed our property on the market on the same weekend that the COVID 19 lockdowns open home inspections were cancelled. We were obviously very nervous about how things would go. Keryn adapted to the changes very quickly and seamlessly and within 4 days we had two offers and a contract on our home in less than week. Keryn’s approach was professional, with excellent attention to detail, and most importantly, Keryn provided clear and honest feedback and advice.

Our experience selling the house with Kerryn was purely a simple process, it was a no fuss upfront and honest discussion on all items before the sale. She delivered as promised, right on schedule and ensured we were informed along the way at all times. A solution focused agent who has your best interest at heart - Highly recommended!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keryn from Sold Property Group to anyone buying or selling their property in the area. She was completely professional while being a lovely, caring and honest human! She was able to achieve an exceptional offer and communicated extremely well throughout the whole process. Her staging and styling of the property was worth every cent and I'm confident this achieved the result we received. If you're looking for an agent, look no further than Keryn! She far exceeded my expectations in every way, and made the process of selling my townhouse simple, trouble free and easy.

Keryn was awesome throughout our sale from pushing us at the start to do the extra little bits to achieve the ultimate price. Her photographer was superb and Keryn’s marketing was obviously the best with 29 groups attending our one and only required open home as she had us in a multiply offer situation by the end of the day . Certainly in the Belmont greater area, there is no one else I would list my property with

Keryn exercises her expertise in a confident, focussed and individually tailored manner, from the introductory chat, through presentation for sale, managing contractual matters and to settlement. In short, easy to recommend.

I give the highest possible referral of Keryn to anyone who is considering selling, and also to buyers. Professional, realistic, energetic and above all, marked by integrity. Keryn displayed experience that i have not seen in any other agent i have spoken to, and through the ups and downs you get when selling, she was there to support us 24/7. If i ever sell again................ it will only be Keryn from Sold Property Group. Thank you Keryn, may you continue to be rewarded for the person you are.
