Keryn sold our property offmarket for a excellent price in the hillcroft estate. Her professionalism shone during the tough time of the market when first listed, never giving up and promising results which happened when interest picked up again in the property market. The sale was effortless and she was always available to help on a whims notice. Highly recommended.

Thank you Keryn Osgerby from SOLD Property Group for making the sale of our family home a very swift, pleasant & professional experience. Keryn gave great recommendations for preparing our house to go to market (advice that we acted upon) and we Incorporated her beautiful staging package at a very competitive price. We had a contract within 48 hours of going to market and successful negotiation on the price to close the sale. Highly recommend Keryn and her team.

We have now sold two properties with Keryn and are working with her to buy, renovate and sell houses in our area. Keryn is always professional, listens to what we have to say, and takes a collaborative approach to her work. We were very happy to have achieved a relatively quick sale on our Carindale property at a price that was realistic for the market conditions. Keryn knows our area well and provides sound advice for buying and selling in the current market. We highly recommend Keryn and look forward to working with her in the future.

Keryn was good to work with on the purchase of our new home. We appreciated the constant communication throughout the process, which can often be stressful. Couldn’t be happier with our new home and the process ran seamlessly. Thanks Keryn!

We can’t thank Keryn enough for helping us sell our rental property off market! Keryn provided such a personalised service by meeting with us several times to discuss options and prearranged quotes for works to be carried out. We would definitely recommend Keryn to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area!

Keryn sold our property off market for a record sale price in the Hillcroft Estate of Belmont. At our initial meeting Keryn presented a thoughtful, well researched marketing strategy and a realistic price guide for our property. Prior to advertising, Keryn was able to draw on her existing client base to find a buyer who was looking for a property like ours. Within 24hrs of their first inspection we had a signed contract and a price that was mutually agreed upon. We have bought and sold many times and this experience was one of the most hassle free, easiest sells.
