Keryn is amazing. Prompt, professional and accurate advice. Gave us a price guide and said the top price was with a freshen up. We did the freshen up - paint and new carpets and Keryn then worked so hard to negotiate and she achieved the top price for us. We could not be happier with her service. Fantastic negotiator, diligent follow up and easy and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Keryn we are very grateful for your hard work!

Keryn asked what we wanted, then listened. There was no rehearsed sales pitch, just good advice when we asked questions. Professional but personable. We couldn’t be happier with Keryn’s process and she achieved a great outcome for us. If you are looking at selling, look no further than Keryn Osgerby at SOLD Property Group.

Keryn's exemplary 'full service' approach achieved the results we were looking for! Her attention to detail and expert market knowledge along with her sincere, approachable and professional work ethic is evident in everything she does. The preparation, staging and styling applied to our home was top notch! Keryn made the entire process seem effortless. Thank-you Keryn for all your efforts.

Buying a house through Keryn at Sold Property Group was such an easy process. She and her staff were so helpful and the entire process went so smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and would definitely enjoy working with Keryn again.

Keryn is very reliable, honest and hard working. Any set backs encountered are managed with ease and Keryn provided great advice. She has excellent customer focus - a pleasure to work with.

Hi Keryn and her team were always helpful often going the extra mile. And she was willing to work with us on our extreme timeframes given we had put an offer on our new home. For minimal stress and solid return you can't go past the SOLD team.

Keryn is a great communicator with no hidden agenda except to sell you the property that is right for you. I really liked her no nonsense style and that she sat down with us to take us through the contract as some agents had left us to do it without guidance. We talked through our thoughts about the property and she was upfront with everything. Keryn was available and spoke to us whenever we needed her. Thank you Keryn!

We purchased a home through SOLD Property Group and found the professionalism, service and presentation of the home of a high standard so naturally they were are first choice when it came time to sell. At the time we listed our property for sale the market was in a downturn so we knew we had to engage an agent we had confidence in and who went the extra mile. Keryn and her team came into our home and within a few hours had it looking like something out of a magazine. They provided the staging products and service free of charge. The attention to detail was noticeable. We are a busy family with no time during office hours to sign contracts so Keryn came to our home on numerous occasions after hours in order to provide a timely service during contract negotiations. Keryn and her team also assisted us by organising quotes and repairs to be carried out by tradesmen in order to get the house in top condition for sale. We highly recommend Keryn and her team and cannot thank them enough for the effort that was put in to sell our property.

Keryn was personally referred to me to assist with selling my investment unit and made the whole process run very smoothly and stress-free. Keryn's professionalism, experience and market knowledge was fantastic as was her communication and feedback to me throughout the whole selling process. I would highly recommend Keryn and her team to anyone looking to sell (or buy) and would definitely engage her again in the future.

Keryn was a breath of fresh air with regard to real estate agents. We have dealt with many agents and Keryn was different. Some agents can't stop talking, feeling the need to point out the obvious as though you can't work out that "this is the kitchen"! Really? Keryn was great from start to finish. Professional, accurate, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Professional, courteous and prompt. Friendly and considerate throughout our communications. Diligent, organised helpful and polite. Staff also cheerful.

Keryn and her team were very professional and well organised from the introduction through to settlement. We would highly recommend as an agent and use again!
