We chose Ray White to sell the family home for our 93 year old mum. I visited the office with her and found the whole team very professional and said they would give us feedback after each inspection. I received a text to let me know how many prospective buyers came through and a weekly report of online traffic and inquiries. Even more helpful was the written feedback from these people which then allowed us to set the reserve at a realistic market value the week before the auction. The marketing throughout the campaign was thorough and they left no stone unturned. They even did local letter box drop about the history of the home, as it has been in the family since it was built back in the 30s. Kevin and his team kept up excellent communication right throughout the whole 4 week campaign. It was lovely that they offered to assist mum on inspection days if it was raining. The day of the auction was raining and they had a coffee van and helped mum's friends - who are also elderly to stay dry under umbrellas. We really felt like Kevin and his team treated mum throughout the process as family and absolutely went above and beyond for her campaign - and yet in hindsight feel it is a reflection of their professionalism and that everyone is probably given this amazing service. I would highly recommend anyone considering selling in Cheltenham to pay their office a visit and experience their genuine warmth and concern for each individual's need. The final result was totally unexpected on a dreary day, and we achieved considerably higher than the reserve we had set with the current market. Thank you Kevin!
