Selling my late mums house was hard but Kevin helped me he made the journey less stressful . He explained everything from the word go even if I didn't understand something he was quick to explain things . I have to say Kevin does his job well and he he has a lot of knowledge of the area I was worried we wouldn't get enough people through the viewings but we did come auction day there was so many people out the front waiting . Kevin got us over our reserve at auction very pleased with the outcome highly recommend Kevin and his team to anyone .

The Marketing materials were good as were the open house inspections as they attracted a lot of people looking at the property. Communication through this process and before auction day was also good. On auction day we had only one bidder but Kevin was able to get them to the realistic reserve price we set. Marketing materials I could not fault in any way. Communication and feedback - there was only a month from signing to auction day and during this time there were 5 open days and Kevin communicated with me within half an hour of closure regarding the number of groups passing through. I was also emailed regarding weekly listings and client reviews for my information. Overall sales process was extremely good. Negotiation skills exceptional. When Kevin found out I did not have a lot of people to help me de-clutter, he made a phone call and help was on its way. Vendor experience - this was a first time for me so this was both an emotional and stressful time, but Kevin was very comforting and took care of everything for me on my behalf.
