Kevin Chokshi is an outstanding young man. Having prior to meeting him, I read many client testimonies and reviewed his performance track record, he even then exceeded my expectations. Integrity and professionalism are the 2 most important attributes we were seeking in selecting the agent to represent us in both the individual who would directly manage the sale of the property, but also the organization supporting him. I initially selected Ray White to take over selling my property based on the first phone call I received from Kevin . I wasn't living in Australia at the time and he was the only who called me and talked to me instead of just emailing me . Kevin spent a fair amount of time going through the process with me and provide me with different options even before me signing the contract with him ! I then received constant updates and again ' Phone Calls ' , which made the process less stressful and I felt closer to the whole experience . Cant say enough of the way Kevin operates. He works with a dedicated and professional team and they all work well together. Kevin is a wiz in the Auction environment and he has the ability work the Auction situation really well to really push the envelope. His work at our Auction was unbelievable and he managed to even get high praise from the person who purchased the property , despite her just having paid top price because Kevin managed to keep the Auction going for the highest price possible. I was told there were over 80 bids. Our family are most impressed with the result and the final price raised was thousands above expectations and well above the Auction Reserve. The result was also higher than pre Auction valuation estimates. The team at Ray White knew their stuff and were well prepared.
