I was incredibly lucky to be referred to Kevin when I had to sell my family shack in Primrose Sands. To cut a long story short, some friends I had allowed to live there made it uninhabitable after a health breakdown but Kevin still took it on. He organised for a total clean up, put it on the market at a difficult time, took it on twice when the first sale fell through, and got a deal that made it worthwhile for me in the circumstances as I had expected less.
