He proposed a sale price of what I considered well above market value however was able to sell for the price and in a short timeframe. Generally communication was good providing updates on actions being undertaken to sell the property however this waned a bit toward the end of the period of the sole agency agreement.

Kevin was honest and flexible throughout the purchase if the house. Kevin accommodated our requests to see the property outside of the inspections and understood our family situation.
