Kevin really impressed us with his positive attitude and helpful advice. He sold the house in 2 days! and for more than we expected. He just had everything organised so quickly, the advertising, photos etc, making the whole experience a lot less stressful than we thought it would be. You can't go wrong with Kevin.
My wife and I just bought our first home through Kevin and had a fantastic experience. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, easy to communicate with and friendly. We feel that he went above and beyond to make us and the seller have a positive buying/selling experience and could not be more grateful. I would recommended him to family and friends and we will definitely be engaging Kevin's services in the future.
We recently purchased a house from Kevin and we found him to be incredibly punctual, friendly and professional. He always answered his phone to our queries and was honest and thoughtful in our conversations. He gave us practical advice as an investor and treated us with respect at all times. I would highly recommend his services as an agent and wish him all the best.
Kevin was very thorough in researching information regarding the market in our area before we placed our home on the market. His suggestions/recommendations were well considered and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time and care to make sure everything ran very smoothly from listing right through to the completion of the sale. Kevin’s can-do attitude and manner along with his bright, cheerful personality made him a pleasure to deal with. We had daily contact with Kevin keeping us fully informed. Kevin made this incredibly stressful time flow seamlessly from start to finish and most importantly got us a great result. We give him our highest recommendation.
Great market knowledge and a good level of communication and professional skills.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Kevin provided. His knowledge, professionalism, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile made him a pleasure to do business with. Kevin followed through with everything he promised and more. His friendly approach, knowledge of the market and the area meant we had a first rate experience. I can’t recommend Kevin highly enough.
