After reading a number of reports from local agents on their performance etc etc., many of which , it would seem, were all singing the same song book. Therefor, to say any one is better than the next is a hard call for somebody who is not dealing in this market place everyday. Kieron did not pull any punches when he spoke to me and he was prepared to listen to my needs, my reason for selling / down sizing etc. I appointed Kieron Hunter (Barry Plant), as my agent to undertake the sale of my property by Auction. From Start to finish Kieron , together with his support team , were always on hand to assist me with their hands on know how, this was a great help in preparing the house ready for open inspection. The Auction day went really well and drew a big crowd of bidders & onlookers. Again I had no doubt that the Barry Plant team had been doing their work on following up leads on people who had inspected the property. As a result their close attention to detail and feed back, it all paid off, the auction went off very well and achieved a good result.
