Kieron Hunter of Barry Plant Real Estate in Highton was enlisted to sell my property after a bit of a hiccup with the first agency engaged to do the job. I did a bit of research to find a new agent, part of which involved using rate my agent, and contacted Kieron, explaining my circumstances. His advice was concise and ethical. The sale plan he suggested was put into action and while i was a bit circumspect, what i was being told made sense, even though it wasn't really what i wanted to hear. After each open i was given feedback and Kieron's PA, Ben Rankin, was efficient in presenting me with my next open time/s and written weekly report on action related to my property. While i may not have attained the value i feel the property was worth, it was quite obvious that i had a high expectation price wise, as most vendors do. Time was not an issue when it came to discussing in depth my issues with the sale of my property and Kieron's willingness to listen considerately and put forward relevant and informative viewpoints, made the eventual sale with negotiated price and conditions an acceptable outcome.
