Kim was highly professional at al times. Her enthusiasm and obvious communication skills won her the job when competing with 2 rival companies for the listing. Kim was most helpful and "hands on" in preparing the property for viewing. Throughout the selling process she maintained regular contact with appropriate feedback after each "home open". In a sluggish market , which necessitated a lowering of the initial advertised selling price, she negotiated on our behalf with the eventually purchasers, who increased their initial offer to one we were happy to accept which was above what we thought we might get when first thinking about putting the property on the market. Settlement was delayed due to the property being part of a deceased estate and unexpected complications in having probate from another state registered in WA. This had the potential of causing difficulties for all parties but Kim skilfully negotiated occupancy for the buyers from the original settlement date until settlement finally occurred several week's later. Throughout the whole process from pitching for the job, preparing to go to market, selling and then post sale until the final settlement I was most impressed with Kim's courteous professionalism, ready availability and constant feedback without overdoing it with unnecessary and over frequent calls or messages. The only minor negative was the failure to recognise that there might be a delay with settlement due to probate having been granted interstate and not making sure that the process of registering the probate in WA was initiated earlier. I suspect there was learning for Kim in that as well as for us. I am most happy to recommend Kim to others and she will certainly be at the top of the list in future when looking for an Agent - be that buying or selling.
