As a family, we were selling mum's townhouse and Kim and the team respected our collective experience and CCR covered all the bases well without being pushy. We weren't local and Kim was the primary point of phone contact and it worked well. We met a number of people from the agency but we never met Kim, she seemed very busy. I would have preferred to know that everything was with the same people we spoke with at the initial meeting. (not a big issue just a comfort thing) We are disappointed with realestate.com which doesn't provide flexibility to the agents on listing categories. Is a standalone townhouse, a townhouse, a unit or a house?

Hard to get in contact with Kim as the listing agent. A lot of (I’ll call you back and never does) The owner didn’t get my offers. And miss lead on the asking price by $100000. Challenging to buy the property (playing games the whole way) I wish the property was listed with another Buissness. Would off been quicker and smother with anyone else.

The agents we dealt with at Kim Carter were awesome. We were unable to make some of the opens and they arranged private inspections for us on a couple of occasions. Smooth purchase and very happy with our new property. Thanks Kim & Team
