We bought our first home through Carter Cooper realty. The day we called to arrange an inspection Kim was more than willing to organise the inspection for the same day. Amanda opened the home without following us around every room as some agencys had done in past inspections. This made us comfortable to inspect at our leisure and discuss making an offer. The offer pack was sent immediately as we had asked. Within a matter of days we had a contract! When making enquiries throughout the course of the contract every person we spoke to from the team was helpful and efficient. When picking up the keys, it was lovely to receive a gift of champagne and Carter cooper wine glasses. The gift was so thoughtful. Although the bottle was cracked upon our first night in the house, the glasses will be kept safe as sentiment of our first home. Thank you again guys!
