Bought a house thru this agency, rented and sold thru this agency. I have had horrible experiences in the past with other properties but could not fault this agency during any of the three periods. What impressed me was the property reports, their action on getting repairs organised and feedback. Communication is important especially during the selling process and they achieved full marks, I was kept informed whenever a inspection took place and the result. My property was on the market for some time and it was most pleasing that during this time there was no pressure to reduce the asking price..... This has occurred with other agencies ref past homes. All in all I was very happy with this agency, from the rental side to the sales. Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat Thanks Kim for a job well done.
