The only complaint we had was with the Building Inspector. If we had our time over again we would never have used his services. We had to hunt up his inspection report which was days overdue, totally unprofessional. We paid his account on the day of his report arriving only to get an email some 2 weeks later asking for payment. Kim Carter Realty may do well to seek another professional Building Inspector company in the future.
