Kim Carter is easy to deal with. Her knowledge is up to speed with what the current market is wanting to pay and the expectations required. Kim got us a realistic price for what the market was willing to pay although we had higher expectations but were very happy in the end with the final results. Kim kept good contact and went to bat on every issue the buyer threw at us. Overall a great result, would recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
