The reason we chose Kim to help us sell our property was that she initially approached us in a much more relaxed fashion than other agents. We never felt coerced or rushed into doing anything. She was friendly and knowledgeable and due to her long experience working in real estate in Hervey Bay she already knew our house and also knew the builder. Because the house is somewhat unique and couldn’t be directly compared to others nearby she took the time to do the research and arrive at a price range that we all agreed was fair.
