Can't speak too highly of the service we received from the Carter Cooper Realty team. They thoroughly understood our reasons and needs for selling. Not only did we achieve the price we required which was achieved through their negotiation and communication protocols between us and the purchasers, but also went out of their way to secure us a rental property for the duration it is going to take for the new apartment we have purchased to be completed.
