Kim is very responsive and accommodating. It was very helpful that even if we were interstate, she found time to accommodate us for an inspection during our short stay. She was also very easy to talk to and we felt no pressure. She was also very knowledgeable with the property and the area. She also immediately set us up with their rental department at such short notice. We would deal with her again in a heartbeat.
