When we discussed selling Kim advised that given that the weekly rent was lower than most houses around the area, it made my house less inviting for investors. The rental income was always a discussion point with the property manager (from Carter Cooper). I understand rental and sales operate as two separted areas with Carter Cooper. If the sales staff and rental managers conducted reviews every now and then maybe if/when landlords decide o sell the sale may look more appealing. All i all though Kim the property managers over the years have been a pleasure to work with and Kim was faultless and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
