Mixed service

The sale of our house went through with no Problems. Mel was very good and did all that she could to get us through the house and inspect going out of her way. She was very good. Our disappointment unfortunately comes from previous interactions. We met Adrian and inspected a house on Ibis street. We placed an offer on this - we did not receive any information for over a week from Adrian or any one else, and only was informed later because I phoned your office to find out how my offer was going. I was later told that the place had a higher offer and owners accepted this. As a result we kept looking - and placed an offer on our property. After putting an offer on this and signing a contract, during conversations with Mel I was told that Ibis had not sold and they were still looking - This annoyed me because we would have purchased this home as it had more of what we wanted. I am grateful and happy that we have our home now and this would not change - however it was disappointing. Also we advised that we were going to rent the property but again no one called me until I called Mel and asked her - she did have someone contact me but it did seem that they were not that interested. I was sent forms and that was it. I have since rented through another company based on the fact that that company chased me and showed a great deal of interest in getting my business and looking after me. They were very keen. I have heard many good things about your company and ours was mixed. I do not like saying negative things and I only say this in a constructive manner - not vindictive or angry. Mel was great and I thank her for her hard work. Many thanks Steve
