She regularly updated us of what is going in HB; promoted our property appropriately and with her business partner, Michelle Cooper, they did all they could to find buyers. Both Kim and Michelle, provided us with honest assessments, were proactive and reactive to all enquiries and looked for all opportunities to sell our house/flats.
