Kim does know the Kawana Island area well, kept mentioning how much 3 bedroom apt next door sold for but never mentioned about 2 bedroom apt above which was renovated/nicely presented and sold for $20k less (typical sales person I guess). Kim was pleasant to deal with and helpful. I really appreciated the bottle of wine I received from Kim after the sale went through. Would highly recommend Kim to sell your property.
