Kim was recommended by a mutual friend, however unfortunately we used another agency (Ray White) and agent. Initially the other agency was going well with a contract within a week and we were kept updated and informed by the agent. That sale however, fell over and with that and the fact our assigned agent left for another branch left a negative vibe. The principal became our agent and yet another buyer fell over before the contract was signed sealed and delivered. The initial sales pitch with a positive vibe, good market, nice lovely home turned into a negative hard to sell in market with house with... you get the picture. We dumped the agent and figured we'd give Kim a shot. She worked extremely hard, proactively hassled (probably not best word) potential buyers, kept us informed very regularly and did extra bits including clearing the mail, little yard tidy ups etc. But most importantly within a very reasonable period she got a contract on our house that was within a couple grand of our target and the sale went through without an issue. I would definitely recommend Kim as an agent. She obviously got her commission but I'm happy to say she worked hard for it and deserved it. I thank her for her efforts and if I was to buy or sell another house I would utilise her again without a second thought.
