Kim was obviously representing the seller of the property to get the best price. From my point of view (the buyer) Kim provided enough information for us to make a decision to buy the property.

Although there was a lot of hurdles to overcome Kim dealt with all the issues seamlessly and provided an outcome were all parties were happy.

I would recommend Kim to any seller or buyer she works very well between the both And is a workaholic that never stops till a deal is made for the right price, highly recommend.

Aaron and I both felt that Kim's 1st price to place home on market was too much which we think delayed the sale from happening as quick as it could have. However starting price being too low would have meant that we would not have got a good price for it. That being said shows her credibility that she is not like other agents who go for quick sale quick commission.
