Hello Kim was great in communication and sealing the deal. I always got answers to questions that I had. However, as a positive criticism (this may not be just be under the control of Kim), I wish the agency would take responsibility than they have in this occasion. There were a few issues with appliances and plumbing(not major), which the agency could have fixed for the buyer (myself). It wouldn't cost a lot to the agency or the vendor. Instead, the agency took the usual approach of "it is sold as-is when you first inspected it". I think it is very irresponsible. The agency knew that I had inspected the property only once along with other possible buyers and there is no opportunity to inspect the property completely. Neither the agency never suggested that I should inspect the property and give them proper feedback and see if there are any genuine shortcomings. When I bought my first property the other agency provided this opportunity (Marriot Lane). If the agency had fixed this, it would have been a great experience. I am not an experienced home-buyer. But I think the agency could develop customer relationships by showing in minute ways that they care. I was just going to let this go. But I think feedback would improve things for the agency and its customers. I hope this is taken in the positive light.
