Kim McCotter is a key member of the Soames team serving the upper North Shore and he played a significant role in the marketing of our Mount Colah property. Kim is a very warm and friendly professional whom we had not previously met. We took the option to include a video as part of the Soames marketing campaign for our property. Ours is a large property and Kim spent several hours in setting the scene – lighting in the house, careful placement of small furniture and accessories, cushions and décor; careful consideration of the camera angle and backdrop; time-of-day considerations to optimise the impact of natural light.
