I chose Kim specifically to sell my house last year, and I was disappointed when she left R.T. Edgar in Flinders. I had a contract with the Flinders office, and so I couldn't move my house sale with her. Given Kim achieved a sale over my asking price, it goes without saying that I believe her negotiating skills are second to none, and I couldn't be happier with all that she has done to make the sale of my home, firstly, so successful and, secondly, a less traumatic event than I might otherwise have feared.
