The staff were always very friendly and professional. Excellent communication throughout all aspects of advertising and sale. Always available when responding to email/text/phone. The teams worked well together ie. staging team and solicitors, to make it as stress free as possible. We were disappointed with the difference between advertised price to sale price, and felt these should have been closer together. Maybe viewing the building report before advertising may have helped. Nil negotiations between staff and buyer to close the gap from offer to sale. Staff appeared to assume we were not following current market and local sales. Staff also seem to assume we had never sold or bought property before.
From first meeting to signed sale contracts Kim, and team, were extremely professional and attentative to our needs. Our property was marketed very well and sold within weeks for a price way above our expectations. Would highly recommend Kim to any prospective sellers in the region.

We had 2 valuations done on our property prior to selling, one from Kim and Amy and the other a professional valuation service. Both gave us the same figure. We listed it with Kim and sold it for the upper end of their price range after 24 hours. Honesty and efficiency, you can't ask for more than that.
In my past experiences with agents I was used to regular contact, regular updates, and a general care and concern for the vendor. I was disappointed in the entire process with Kim and her team. Promises of the marketing campaign such as drone and video never eventuated, a floor plan didn't happen until pushed, and updates to the ads which would more accurately reflect the property didn’t happen until I pushed hard (such as accurate parking spaces, adequate photos, and correct amount of bathrooms!). Messages and emails were often left ignored, and a lack of empathy and communication skills (perhaps she was great with buyer) left me feeling really uncomfortable from the beginning. I was also told that realestate.com don’t allow more photos than the few that were originally uploaded, but again when I pushed suddenly the rest were uploaded. I couldn’t rely on Kim to be straight with me. Promises of an active marketing campaign didn't eventuate and questions from me were usually left unanswered until repeated multiple times. I cannot recommend Kim and her colleagues, it felt like an imposition when I reached out to her and her team. I had to conduct my own second inspection with the buyers as Kim was away, which was difficult, protracted and unprofessional. Kim didn't contact me that afternoon to check in as to how the inspection went. I submitted my own photos to her team after the original photos didn’t capture the ocean and river views (which were the greatest attraction), and there was never a sense that collaboration was welcomed. I had to tell Kim we had settled. There was one SMS received from her upon settlement. Nothing more. No card, no acknowledgement of the sale. Glad it’s over. Perhaps Kim is better placed with quick and easy sales, however it would be great if she and her team worked on their empathy, communication skills and receptivity to the actual needs of their client. Having a heartfelt image didn't ultimately ring true.
