After being repeatedly gazumped by the dodgy estate agents of the far south coast, I was admittedly expecting Kim to be of the same calibre. She was thankfully completely the opposite! Being on-time, upfront about the additional costs I may incur in the future and didn't try and mask the flaws of the property with condescending titles such as "character" or "unique". She answered all questions I had and even sent though responses to those that she didn't have at her fingertips, after hours. She was super pleasant to deal with and welcoming to my children who were also viewing the property during school holidays. Buying a property is a very big decision and not one to be rushed into.
