Kim sharpe has been the best agent I have ever used! He’s professional is outstanding and he’s attention to detail in all matters has been first class. He would follow me up every week keep me informed of all customer feedback offers etc and ring me st least weekly to advise of current market conditions and inspections. I recommend Kim highly and thank him and his staff for their fantastic support Thanks Tony Sitch
We found Kim to be always ready to help, promptly answer any queries re the purchase of our property. He had been recommended to us by a friend, as a very honest, caring real estate agent, and that certainly was the case.
Kim was most proactive securing in record time, a buyer for our Penthouse, demonstrating that the reach of Sotheby's International Realty at Main Beach is second to none. Long after the sale was effected, Kim attended to so much added detail that I can only express my sincere appreciation for all his help.
Kim is a true professional in his field of real estate .He is also very knowledgable and personable and has a good knowledge about the gold coast and where to buy .
We were extremely happy with the way Kim handled the sale of our Main Beach unit. His excellent knowledge of the area, sales advice, passion and commitment, the property presentation material and advertising and his professional sales approach all resulted in a quick and very satisfactory sale of our property. It was a pleasure to work with Kim and his assistant Roxy Turner. We would highly recommend Kim and Sothebys' International Realty.
Incredibly professional in very possible way, from the start to finish never dropped his eye from helping me get the best result. Kim went above the call of duty to help me when a few issues arise. I would never hesitate to recommend Kim and use Kim's services again!
We found Kim to be an agent that had high skills in getting an outcome for both seller and purchaser and very customer focussed . Would go to Kim next time we were either selling or purchasing and would recommend him to our friends.
Known to us for the full time we have been in Main Beach. Gave us good advice and was always professional. Good assistant in Roxy Turner.
Kim Sharpe was extremely professional and incredibly helpful in all my dealings with him. He is very courteous and friendly, would recommend him.
Our dealings with Kim Sharpe and his assistant Roxy Turner have been utterly professional and pleasurable. Kim has probably the best knowledge of any agent in the Main Beach area, and presents as a quietly confident agent, without any pressure on the seller. His advice was invaluable, and the process of having photographs and advertising was very efficient. The Sotheby’s model appealed to us (having used another agent for 2 previous sales), especially their Australia-wide advertising amongst their branches, the clever pre-opening day promotions, all of which resulted in locating a buyer from interstate on the first open day. We highly recommend Sotheby’s and Kim Sharpe.
Kim is very very professional and has lots of passion for his job. We were very very happy with our purchase and the settlement very easy. Thank you for your wonderful assistance.
Kim knows the market , is very experienced and does not waste your time. No hard sell, just the facts and the good reasons why the property can work for you.
