Kim Sharpe attended to the sale of my property in Main Beach with a 100% professional approach. We were very pleased that he achieved the price we wanted without the need for advertising costs. Kim kept us informed and followed up all our requests promptly and efficiently. We recommend Kim to future vendors and purchasers.
We could not have found a better agent,...marketing!...presentation!..advertising!...and communication with our excellent long term tenants was first class!!
Kim made my buying process easy, communicating with me regularly with honest feedback. Nothing was too much trouble. Kim's local knowledge was valuable. I would recommend Kim to anyone wanting to buy or sell.
Kim is the most professional and competent agent I have ever dealt with. His integrity and exceptional standards ensured a smooth transition from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend Kim to anyone who is seeking an exceptionally proficient agent. You will not be disappointed.
Kim is an excellent listener and understood what I was looking for as a buyer. He found me the ideal apartment and it was not even on the market! He was polite, accessible and fair in the way he dealt with the buyer and seller. I have no hesitation in recommending Kim.
Highly recommend the real estate knowledge of Kim Sharpe!
Having recently purchased a property from one of Kim's listings, I found him to be very personably, a great listener and more than happy to seek answers to my specific questions when not known. Most importantly he sought the answers promptly which made my decision to purchase easy. I would have no hesitation in using Kim again or recommending his services.
From the first contact via e-mail to the hand over of the keys to our apartment, Kim was highly professional, acted with integrity and could not have been more helpful. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. An absolute pleasure to work with him.
We have been very pleased with Kim's help with helping us find a unit. He knew exactly what we where after and directed us to the perfect place to where we have purchased. Great to deal with and Roxy his PA lady is very pleasant to deal with as well. We would highly recommend to anyone looking around the Main Beach area.
I believe Kim has not only shown an ability to build a highly credible relationship with myself, the client, both also the eventual buyer...as a property developer I come in contact with sales agents on a regular basis and have had both good and bad experiences over the years. I'm pleased to have had Kim marketing my property to it's eventual sale . I felt he gave the property his undivided attention and never lost enthusiasm over a fairly protracted process lasting five months. He reported back to me on a regular basis keeping me updated with honest feedback and offering suggestions , something which I appreciate. Well done.
We recently sold our apartment (for a good price and very quickly) through Kim and can highly recommend him. We have known him for a couple of years having looked at properties to purchase with him in the past. He has always remained professional, courteous and completely trustworthy. We wouldn't hesitate to use Kim again for either purchasing or selling a property. He is our agent of choice!
In the lengthy process of searching before finally purchasing, Kim proved to be extremely helpful, frank and congenial. His willingness to delay an evening social event to ensure a smooth handover of keys when weather prevented our scheduled arrival was greatly appreciated, and I would happily recommend his services.
